VINLock is a patent-pending online system that prevents losses by thwarting illegal motor vehicle exports, skips, and double financing.

- At the ports, preventing the export of registered vehicles
- On the streets, scanning license plates using license plate reading technology to look for skips
- At Provincial Registry Offices, where lenders are notified of all ownership changes
